We did not eat breakfast. Location was great. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed, great to have kitchen facilities. Nicely appointed room. Care has been taken to make everything great.

The manager Rocky is so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He got out a map of area and highlighted areas for us to eat at, visit in town or on our route Mohawk Trail to see and stop. He was wonderful and we loved staying there my sister, niece and myself. Highly recommend this motel if you are in this area traveling. We had a wonderful time, breakfast and enjoyed our trip to the places on Route 2 that we were suggested to see. I would stay there again if I were in that area and recommend it to all. Thanks Rocky for being so nice.

Owner was delightful and very accommodating. Gave bottles of water which was nice and extra towels immediately when asked. Heat worked well and shower pressure was good.
Room was very dark - not enough lamps or strong enough bulbs. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. Comforters were also not light colored. Smelled a little musty. Only one outlet by beds. Driveway in a bit awkward.
