We LOVED the Staff !!! We loved our views from 314 !!! We loved the indoor swimming pool and whirlpool !!! We loved the nearby beach on Masachusetts Bay !!!
The mattress on the Murphy bed was too HARD ... I had to sleep on the couch while my wife slept with some difficulty on the bed. The STAFF was very kind in supplying us with an additional mattress cover but this was insufficient. This ws the longest period I have slept apart from my wife in more than thirty years. But we saw no point in making an issue of it.

The outside light should be on a switch for you to turn on or off. Shines in room. Can not sea ocean when light is on.
