Price, location
Self-service check in, only five or so guests all packed in around main office - thin walls, early check out (11am) and no accommodation for late check out in off-season. Wasnt allowed to come back to hotel to shower following Provincetowns annual santa speedo run and had to shower at a friend’s hotel where they were more reasonable about check out time. Manager Luis was not helpful at all

Great staff and clean, updated accommodations.
Room and bathroom we had was very small, not even room for a single chair in the room.

Location close to downtown. You don't need to use a car as the Inn is within walking distance of town center.

Great location, quick drive (or about 15 min walk) to downtown activities. Adequate parking.
Room smelled strongly of mildew.
