Never received cleaning services even With the cleaning service sign on the door had to ask for towels and tp.

The location was really convenient, and I found the bed so comfortable. The room and building were peaceful and kept very clean, making it a perfect spot for a cozy winter getaway to Ptown.
There was nothing that I was not pleased with. I had been in Ptown three years ago and had the pleasure of staying at Lotus. Upon my return to Ptown this year, it was the first place I checked for availability as my initial experience was exceptionally positive and this subsequent experience was equally positive.
