Close to convenience store. Subway 10 mins and Beale street a quick bus ride or 30 min walk. Bus to Gracelands close too. Showers air con and heater and TV working well
Wifi very slow in room 113. I had to use my data.

I really loved how they had my room cleaned for me, by the time I got back to my room. I enjoy my stay better when everyone smiles and greets !
I did not like the first manager attitude , he needs to do better when someone needs assistance. I do not understand why no one is able to go in the lobby?
Overall, they need to be more friendly! I like to take a break and stay there sometimes. So, I come with respect and good energy . I want it back in return.

It was quick and easy to check in to for a few nights. Very friendly and when our card was deactivated by putting it near a cell phone they were quick to reregister it.
Bedding had cigarette burns.
