Convenient, no difficulty in booking there’s no elevator so you have to book a double if you want to be downstairs

Great location, staff is helpful and there’s a stray cat that has wiggled his way into my heart and it’s just the sweetest little thing. I really appreciate the cleanliness and the welcome feeling regarding a dog.

Headed situation with a guest and their pitbull’s. Was extremely upsetting .

Cozy and Affordable

Very good location and very comfy bed. Within walking distance of places to eat and shopping. Less than a 15 minute ride to the San Jose Convention Center which was the main reason I went to San Jose.

A joker and unpleasant to deal at the front desk.

The room very clean housekeeping EPIC but the surrounding unsafe and the front desks. Confusing and they tried to reserve my room under different name or different floor 1st floor | disability which I’ve stayed 2nd floor facing the street | freeway for my safety. So much confusion and the fake heavy eye lashes couldn’t read what on the screen and very unpleasant.

To many dogs off there leashes. Dogs in hotels or motel should not be allowed. They have fleas and can leave them in the rooms and the bed. It be nice if they stayed on there leash.

Excellent value for the money and exactly what I needed.

Easy to find, clean and quiet, staff, very helpful, shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. And I feel safe here.

The cleaning products or air freshener that is used has a bit of an odor that I find unpleasant. I am very sensitive to fragrances.

What breakfast? We were not told there was a breakfast. We lived the quietness.

I booked the room on booking.com. then when I signed in the lady at the desk had me pay cash and I still don't know if my credit card was refunded the second charge.
