Shabby Chic private suite. 320 Sq. Ft. Sleeps 2. Private entrance, friendly neighborhood. Bedroom & private full bath. 5 mins to E Bay Hamilton campus. 5 mins to the Light rail station, 12 minutes to down town, 25 minutes to Santa Cruz.

Access to the property was wonderful. Parking was very convenient. Never had to drive around the block looking for parking. It was convenientto all the locations that I was looking for restaurants were close by. I would stay there again hope to in the future.Property manager was easy to get a hold of. Very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and had every single thing you could need. The location was perfect for us. I made an error in our reservation and Geri was incredibly gracious about it. Thank you.

Nice room and quiet place for short stay

Clean, private, cute and functional. No corners were cut in transforming part of this residence into a quaint getaway spot. I assume this was originally the garage, but you'd never know from the inside or out!!! It was done with quality materials and workmanship. Great attention to detail in the decor, both aesthetically and functionally. It's in a decent, quiet neighborhood with convenient access to stores, etc. It's well stocked with everything you'd expect in a hotel, but with higher quality linens and a cleaner, quieter, more private feel.
My only caution is not to be surprised by the pricing. This is probably typical of this type of rental, but a listed price of $99 per night quickly becomes $175 or higher b/c of multiple fees for things like a second person (and third, etc), cleaning, booking fee, insurance... This was comparable to hotel rates in the area. So, no savings, but for us a little nicer stay.
