The room was clean if very old. There was a lot of sound that made it through all the walls from rooms next door and the street. One night there was loud music blasting through most of the night though not sure if it was from another room or the parking lot.

The staff was very pleasant to work with.
It was noticeable that even though it was a no smoking room, someone had been smoking in there. If only there was better air filtration.

The location and price were good. The bath was fine too.
The bed was really uncomfortable; one of the worst I've slept in for a long time. Although the mattress was hard, it also had a big saggy spot in the middle which I rolled into. The pillows were just big blobs that were too high.
The hotel was also pretty noisy with some people that were staying there screaming at someone down the hallway.
