Close ride to the airport. Decent breakfast. Fairly clean, though not spotless. Has pool, hot tub and gym. Free shuttle service exists.

1) Shuttle service. I called for it and followed all instructions. Was told they would pick me up in 15-20 minutes because of trafic, even though there wasn't any. The inn is located 7-10 mins drive from the airport. 30 minutes later I was still standing at the terminal, confused and going to call the inn, when a very nice driver of another hotel picked me up and drove me there. It later turned out that he was waiting at the wrong terminal. The next morning I was scheduled for the ride back to the airport. I was warned that the shuttle service runs every full and half hour only and to be there at least 5 mins ahead. At 11:30 I was still waiting. We finally departed 10 mins after my scheduled ride, and for that the driver had to be called twice! He seemed grumpy and unapproachable. 2) Upon check-in, which I did twice — in the app and the front desk, had my persona verified and everything — neither the digital nor regular key worked, so I had to come to talk to the receptionist again. The digital key wasn't fixed by the end of my stay. 3) The receptionist Karen was talking a lot, throwing in a lot of irrelevant info, and kept calling me "sweaty", which strikes me is a startling degree of familiarity. The woman who worked the morning shift was much more pleasant and professional. 4) While the room was fairly clean, there were some minor things: hairs in the bathroom sink, smaller towels were not entirely white. The room itself needs some renovations. 5) The soundproofing in the room is terrible. Could hear both the street noise, the hallway, and especially the neighbors really loud. 6) The morning of my checkout they had a major pipe bursting in the reception area. It happens, I guess, but it just might suggest the hotel needs many renovations done.
