Great location near both Great Barrington and Stockbridge. Room was quiet and cozy. Red Lion responded to all our requests quickly.No extra charge for our 2 cats.
No coffee pot in room but provide free coffee at Red Lion 3 miles away. No housekeeping during our stay in January. Did provide linens,toilet paper etc when we called Red Lion and asked.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean. I also liked that since the motel was off the road it was very quiet and I had a great night sleep.

Although assistance was given very kindly, it took an hour and a half to finally get into the second room.
First room had many issues. Table on top of bed was what greeted us. Shabby furniture, rubber rugs in bathroom. Heat and AC both on with window open. Second room completely different. Very basic, but comfortable.
