This was a fantastic weekend getaway from start to finish. We were enthusiastically greeted by Terri, the owner, who gave us a quick tour of the house and its wonderful amenities before showing us to our room. Our room was spacious, featuring a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a window seat, and a beautifully updated bathroom.
With only five guest rooms, the house felt incredibly cozy. We loved the common areas, especially the "rec" room with its pool table and jukebox, and the unique listening room filled with vinyl. Having a record player in our room instead of a TV was a refreshing change of pace! To top it off, the complimentary breakfasts handmade by Terri were absolutely delicious.
The location is perfect—just three minutes from the shops and restaurants in Great Barrington, with easy access to skiing, hiking, and the outlets. The Berkshires are beautiful, and this has become one of our favorite getaways. We’ve already recommended Granville House to our friends and will definitely be back!

Granville was lovely in every way! Charming, cozy, and the breakfasts were superb. The proprietors were welcoming and gracious and the location was perfect for downhill skiing at Butternut and for dining in Great Barrington. We even did XC skiing right out the door. We highly recommend Granville House!

When you walk in it screams comfort. You know you picked the right place to be. We arrived late Friday and accommodations were perfect. Not only is it such a beautiful place decorated so intentionally, but the breakfast was 10000/10. Falling asleep to vinyl was a treat. Terry and Terri couldn’t have been kinder and we will definitely stay here again.

This Inn is like no other one I have stayed in. The decor was worth the trip alone. Awesome art, music memorabilia and books everywhere. The pool table and jukebox made for the most enjoyable and relaxing family evening. And we could have lost ourselves for hours amongst the record collection and record players (in the little music room AND in our own room). The breakfast was so good - we wished we were staying longer so we could try every single option offered. And Terry and Terri make you instantly feel at home.
