The keys were in the box.
Owners of the apartment spoke JUST PORTUGUESE. Contact wasn't very well - we weren't spending all our time looking for e-mails from them and they didn't reply smses on phone calls. "Patio" appeared to be a balcony. the rest was ok.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Ponta Delgada at 2am. Communication with the host was easy and we had no problem getting into the apartment at that time. It was lovely to wake up be in the centre of the town. The apartment was very clean and just what we needed for such a brief stay.
The kitchen was very sparsely equipped; we couldn't find a kettle.
