Breakfast was very basic but was fine

All went well. Most of the time.
Had a problem with the toilet flushing. On the first day only. Noticed a plunger by the toilet.. Also noticed it had been worked on. The float was out of adjustment. I adjusted it. No problem the rest of my stay.

Laid back setting and close to downtown Gatlinburg
Bedding ( sheets, pillows ) definitely needs upgrading. Not comfortable and worn.

Close to things had two pools our view of the river
Felt the patio could have been cleaned.
