The Breakfast was amazing!!!
Mattresses were broke down in room 318 this room absolutely needs new ones.No light in the water fall so they shut down the pool at 9pm instead of 11pm

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
I was disappointed that I was charged to park. I have done this many times in big cities but not in Gatlinburg.

We really liked the pools.
I didn’t like that my room only had dull lamps for lighting. It was fine to see during the day but after the sun went down it was really hard to be able to see.
