We booked this hotel with much anticipation and it really delivered. The view overlooking the river was really tranquil and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Gatlinburg high street was within walking distance and the restaurant was excellent

And the staff was absolutely incredible
I want to give a shout out to whoever picked out the soaps and Other details that made the room feel very Elegant
My only thing is that the AC units are super loud. It sounds like a jet engine inside the rooms and it was super hard to sleep. I spoke to the innkeeper and they were very nice about it But did people complain about it a lot. I wish I had seen that beforehand. I would stay here again if the ACs were upgraded to something quieter or just bring earplugs next time. It’s super bougie and nice. That’s my only complaint.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and overall enjoyed the stay thanks to the excellent location – right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains – and the very friendly staff we encountered. They made us feel welcome and taken care of.
However, the daily housekeeping was far below what we expected. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and this affected our experience negatively. With such a wonderful setting and good staff, it’s a real pity that the cleaning service did not match the same standard.
