Breakfast and location were great. Room was clean and plenty of room. AC worked well on a humid night
Bed mattress was not great. Glass shelf over bathroom sink was in the way Porch screen and window needed cleaning/repair Hot tub area was not inviting with green mildew on deck and steps

Air conditioning did not work properly. Room on 3rd floor, essentially in the attic of a 100 year old building. Also, would have liked to know before check in that I have in a 3rd floor room with no elevator.
