Walking distance to restaurants, State Farm center, Walgreens and gas stations. Safe area we walked to our concert. We needed an uber after the concert which was quick to pick up and bring us back to hotel. Great stay, very clean staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was somewhat clean.
We arrived around 12:30 am with 2 young children that needed rest after being in the car all day, between 7am and 9:30 am our door was
probably pounded on and opened up about 6 times. Check out was not until 11, I do not know why this kept happening. I let the front desk lady know when I was leaving and she just said sorry, I'll take care of it, but that was not a good experience for us and our family and no discount or anything was offered.
