Breakfast was simple, not overdone. Even the younger children were able to safely serve themselves.

We stayed for one night while travelling through the state and had a great experience. We travel with a large truck and trailer, and there was plenty of room to park and manoeuvre easily, which was a big plus for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay was provided. We would definitely stay here again when travelling through the area.

The room itself was very nice but there were two issues that were never resolved. First one and the most annoying was there key card system was down. When we checked in they said it would be fixed in 1-2 hours, never fixed! You needed a hotel staff member to escort you to your room each and every time you needed entry to your room. Of course this affected many of the guests so there was always a wait. Second the door handle to our door was broken and they came up to fix it on the day we were checking out. In fact it was while we were getting ready in the room to check out. The room itself was very nice but I’ve never experienced this type of service and situation before. In a city that has many hotels to choose from are they trying to go out of business?

Key card service was down so the only way to enter your room was with a staff member. Plus door handle was broken and the only time they came up to fix it was when we were getting ready to check out!
