Check-in? very positve the receptionist very helpful. There was a sporting event going on in the city so the place was loaded adolescences, which did not hinder in any way. Room 228 Organized and clean. The bed was very comforatble.

The kitchen overhead lights did not work, could not find the light switch or the two lightswitches on the wall were non fuctionable. (quality control error) Lack of ceiling lights also caused problems using the coffee machine. Smashed my fingers between the entrance door hinge and fridge door when I opended the refridgerator. RECOMEND changing the opening of the fridge door to the opposite direction. (Great idea someone should of tested it first) Breakfast? Same o same o.

The room itself was very nice but there were two issues that were never resolved. First one and the most annoying was there key card system was down. When we checked in they said it would be fixed in 1-2 hours, never fixed! You needed a hotel staff member to escort you to your room each and every time you needed entry to your room. Of course this affected many of the guests so there was always a wait. Second the door handle to our door was broken and they came up to fix it on the day we were checking out. In fact it was while we were getting ready in the room to check out. The room itself was very nice but I’ve never experienced this type of service and situation before. In a city that has many hotels to choose from are they trying to go out of business?

Key card service was down so the only way to enter your room was with a staff member. Plus door handle was broken and the only time they came up to fix it was when we were getting ready to check out!
