The Bridgeway

The Bridgeway was a very comfortable stay. The room was very spacious with beds, kitchenette and separate restroom/shower. There were some useful utilities included such as the microwave, fridge and utensils/ plates. The property is close to many nice beaches - about 15 minutes drive to old/new silver beach in Falmouth. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Extra hooks in bathroom

Excellent check in and smooth with my service dog. Day 2 was called in our room by a staff member about our dog and going on about the no pet policy. My husband had to reiterate several times he was a service dog and cleared by staff member LaLa. He brought an ADA card to the desk so she could call them and all she did was photocopy it and put it on file. Housekeeping was excellent and well deserving of their hard earned tips. Thank you again.

People need to stop giving hotels their fake service dog certificates bought off Amazon and Walmart, we had to explain that to the staff member who called and asked illegal questions. Those papers are illegal and fraudulent and make it so much harder for people who have actual service dogs. Emotional support animals are not service animals. Your pet is not a service animal. Stop it. Disabled people have less rights then non disabled people so stop using us as your excuse to take your dog everywhere especially when that place has a no dog policy. This is why disabled people with service animals are fighting to get a law passed in Massachusetts to enforce fines for faking service animals and fraudulent paperwork.
