Very clean and the staff was friendly. It had been recently renovated so everything was in good condition. The air conditioner also worked very well.
The building can be confusing to navigate.

Location was fine near the bridge. Exactly what I needed.
Checking in the female clerk gave me a hard time about whether my service dog was licensed. We would have appreciated a 1st floor room considering we paid in advance. Too many dangerous stairs very easy to fall. The TV was small and the remote didn't work properly. NO 24 hr services such as coffee/drinks.
