Some amenities need fixing/updating, especially the ice machine.

The room was very spacious and had large fridgerator.

When I initially called to ask for a room on ground floor for my partner with mobility issues, the man who answered the phone was not accomodating and begrudgingly found another room for us The breakfast, while good, tends to run out by 9:15am (breakfast is supposed to end at 10am). When I got there at 9:15am, there was only one rotten banana in the fruit bowel, no yogurt and no hardboiled egg. The same grumpy man told me there was no more fruit. No effort was made to add yogurts or eggs, so I assumed there were not offered at breakfast. (found out the next day they are a staple for breakfast, along with quite good bagels). The younger clerk was very kind and accomodating and couldn't do enough to make us comfortable.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Value of this facility is good and the rooms are modern. The room and bed was comfortable and always easy parking.

The bathroom in this unit was small and the towel bar was 1/2 pulled out of the wall when we arrived. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom in the bedroom, which is odd.

Breakfast was better than some & less than other. I was surprised they offered protein: skinless sausage links, scrambled egg patties & hard boiled eggs. The yogurt doesn't count as I can't digest dairy.

The coffee had a hazelnut flavor. I don't think all the coffee was hazelnut, but I believe that both air pump pots have absorb the hazelnut taste. For 6 nights I had one almost housekeeping visit on day 4. I got a new set of towels, but the guy didn't stay at the door to take the old ones. Earlier, after 3 days & no visit I had to put my 2 trash bins out as they were overflowing. The floor in front of the refrigerator was filthy. I spilled something and using my own paper towels cleaned it up. The towels were still coming up black when the floor was dry enough & no longer sticky.
