I was looking for a bed at a reasonable rate along my route. I got a good room and the location was much better than most. Ashland is a neat place, downtown and this motel are just far enough off I-5 to be free of the droning freeway noise to rate a plus.
It's fine, nothing special but I wasn't looking for special.

No hangers in room. Refrigerator iced over.

Basic clean and comfortable room. The location is close to the central area. Good value for the comfort and location.
I was very disappointed to have a remote person check me in instead of someone there at the hotel. But staff was at the desk in the morning at check out.

Room clean and relatively comfortable. Parking good.
same furnishings and carpet over many years. Shower stall very small. Toilet ran constantly and tank refill about every 30-45 secondss. Kept me awake good part of the night. DID NOT like virtual check out!!!
