It was a reasonable location, a couple miles from the theater district. It was clean and air-conditioning worked thankfully because it was 109° when I arrived at 4:30 PM.
I did not like having to check in with a young lady in the Philippines by Computer! I’d like to have someone on site to perhaps I could ask for a café and restaurant recommendation also to know there’s somebody there for emergencies. The remote control check in via a computer offends me, as nice as the young lady was in the Philippines

ive stayed here once before and its close to locations i wanted to see.
the carpet of the room we stayed in had stains and needed deep cleaning for sure

Everyone was very helpful. It was interesting. Doing a virtual check-in, but found it very easy. The rooms were very clean and felt very safe.
The coffee was very watery and was much needed before starting a big drive.

Nice room although the A/C was on and set at 60 degrees when we arrived. It was freezing!
They gave us the room we asked for!
No staff at check in, an AI terminal. The breakfast was terrible Don't bother. Coffee was instant, no dishes, yogurt was sweet and low protein, The room had a VERY thick comforter. Way too warm. We asked for a light blanket and they gave us a sheet. we managed.
