At first glance I thought it was going to be as total dive but it wasn't. It was comfortable and quiet. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
The parking lot was tight and cars light shine into the rooms BUT there are black out shades and we parked right in front of our room so it wasn't an issue. There really isn't a breakfast and the ice machine was broken BUT they had a temporary one inside the little lobby area.

Wonderfully clean room and they are slowly updating the property. It was nice to see new towels in my room this time versus last time I stayed. Happy to be able to use their wine opener since I forgot mine and they had basic items (ie utensils) available in the office. The previous management I had to go next door to the market and purchase one.
I only stay one night as I pass through Ashland when I do our WA to CA runs.

Pet friendly?? For a price...it's trend I guess. You pay extra for having your pet with you.

Bed was uncomfortable, tub had fading uneven paint, person at check in desk in lobby rarely there
