Right in the heart of Saint Augustine. Easy access to all points of interest.
This stay had a very unique charm.
This place had a very old school vibe. Keyed locks and passcodes. The kids had fun solving the in room puzzle painting . The beds were really comfortable, and we enjoyed the pancakes with all of our names written in them. Hostess was very helpful. The staff was great. Highly recommend this establishment. We will be back!!!

The owners were so nice. They showed us around and explained how everything worked and signed us up for breakfast. When we went out for lunch, they offered us an umbrella because of the unexpected rain. Unfortunately, we had to leave that night due to a family issue, but when we called, they were very understanding and let us know where to leave the room key etc. It is a great little place, the kids enjoyed doing the treasure hunt in the room, and they found the treasure (chocolate candy coins). The Pirate Haus Inn is what it claims to be, if you understand that and do not go into it expecting a modern-day hotel with all the amenities, then you will love it as well.
We were not able to stay the entire time we were there for, but I cannot think of anything bad.

Location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, communication with the staff was easy including directions on where to unload bags, value for money was great, and the theme was fun. Staff were lovely.
It was a little noisy from the street at night time due to its prime location, however they provided earplugs in the room when we checked in which were great
