I like the location. It was near where I needed to be. I have stayed there numerous times.

The things I did not like about the property. Was that once we checked in and went up to our room. Our room was really hot. Couldn’t get the air conditioning working had has somebody come up, and it was just a switch. The beds were very uncomfortable. On Saturday. There was an event and there was no parking for guests that are staying there. Numerous people were parked in two spaces. Either parked diagonal. I also let the staff know and her answer was OK. I know there’s nothing at the moment you can do, but I’m just letting you know what’s going on that there was no parking for guests. I was staying there and I had a park really far up in the park. Parking lot parade. I would just rather have a little bit more courtesy to the guest that are staying there and answer and A, Professional, and answer any courteous way.

Knew location.

Car show nearby on first night, some noisy cars on second night. I had difficulty getting to area tv stations. I called and worker came to room. Worked until I changed stations. Next morning, got a station. Never again! Was busy with family activities most of the time, so just read in down time. First hotel where TV was so difficult!

Stressful stay comfortable room

Again, I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with you guys the week before my trip to get it changed from the dates of the seventh through the ninth instead of the eighth through the 10th. I am not at the hotel right now I am sitting at my home because I checked out on the ninth and that's what I needed. I ended up paying to stay there the seventh through the eighth because I could not get you guys to update my reservations. This will be the last time. I say this cause I'm done calling you guys on the phone. please credit me from the ninth to the 10th or I will never stay with booking.com again it's amazing to me that you guys could not make this happen the hotel talk to you and said it wasn't a problem. I love the place there. I love the people this day was very nice but I ended up paying almost $200 too much because I had to pay out-of-pocket for the seventh to the eighth Again I checked out on the morning of the ninth. I am at home right now. I would like a refund from the ninth through the 10th, please

comfortable room and accommodating staff, manager was very customer service oriented and wanted to offer options to deal with issues in the room. I have stayed here several times and if needed I would use them again.

There was muddy water coming out of the shower and sink in my room for 2 days continuously. I contacted and reported the issue and the manager offered several options to clear the problem.

We were disappointed. Liked the location but that would be the only positive.

I like that the woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. However did not get that same help from the male who was helping overnight in charge of front desk.

Our air conditioning in our room was broken. It took an Hour to have someone be sent up to check it. We were then told to wait another hour which would be midnight to see if they could do anything to help. No one followed up to accommodate or move us. Front desk manger could not help, so I reached out to general manager to get support and waiting for a reply. Restroom shower was also dirty, there was multiple hairs in the shower.

They did not honor the confirmed and paid reservation and instead wanted us to pay three times as much for a room. The reason given was a system error. But there was no official cancellation on their part

Room had some kind of droning AC noise or plumbing noise in the wall that never stopped. There's no way to turn the fan on to drown out the noise. There were metal construction brackets holding up the elevator hand rail. Sketchy. Cheap.

Seriously, no early morning coffee?

I liked the comfortable chairs and cleanliness.

It really bothered us that there is no coffee for the guests and we had to leave the building to look for coffee. I don't like using the coffee pots in the rooms. Early morning coffee would be a plus and doesn't cost very much. Not a good area to cut costs.

Nice facility. Very well kept and clean. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We celebrated our 40 year reunion at the hotel. It turned out great!
