When I was initially checking in, the person at the front desk asked for a $150 deposit. I offered a credit card and it was denied, I offered 2 other credit cards, and they were also denied. I knew these cards were in good standing and advised the person at the desk there was a problem with their system. I tried another machine with the same results. Because of the time in the evening I could not contact my credit card companies and was force to spend my first night at a relatives home and slept on a recliner. I called my bank the next morning and they stated they had no record of the transaction. I went back to the hotel and explained the situation the person at the front desk, she ran my credit card and it was approved. I asked a supervisor for a refund for the first night of the reservation and was told a manager would be called. I asked several more times over the next 24 hours with the same response, they were waiting for a manager to come into the hotel. I left the hotel without any resolution. I have stayed at this hotel many times because of the location, however, I am not sure if I would recommend this hotel.

I have booked 3 nights with separate booking under the same platform. These are my 4 shocks after I checkout. 1. Minineral water is chargeable because my booking platform wasn't direct with the Hotel. 2. No cleaning service due to communication breakdown even though you have an extended stay. 3. After checkout, an amount of USD12.98 was charged to my card an hour later even though there is no transaction done. 4. I even give USD3.00 tips left on top of the pillow for the cleaning service personnel. This is my first bad experience in my life.
