The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable pillows and sheets were high-quality.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival we were informed that housekeeping service is only provided after 3rd day of stay, although they did allow swapping swapping towels with the maid if you take your wet towels to the maid. This is a very low level of service -- which is fine if the price is right.

Room was clean. It was quiet.

Slight water damage on backsplash of vanity that may need some attention. No ice bucket in room for ice machine.

Location was close to many great restaurants. Liked the sink outside the bathroom for ease of use. Staff was helpful!

There is no elevator so we had to lug our big suitcases up a flight of stairs.

Location was perfect. The room was large and spacious. Very nice.

This property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. It's in walking distance to Oldtown Florence, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Convenient location.

I missed having some sort of breakfast room. They offered basic continental breakfast but nowhere to eat it. This property does have doors that open to the outside but, based on its location, that wasn't a big concern.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Old Town. Multiple food and coffee options in walking distance. We felt safe in this venue.

I called this place prior to booking to ask if they accepted ESA dog and was told "of course we do!" I made sure to ask again if there was a difference between service animals and ESA at this facility and was told, "it's actually illegal for us to ask what your animal does." I told Greg thank you after he apologized that I've had to deal with other facilities asking these 'illegal' questions. (His terms) I made the booking trusting the conversation with the employee. In the special requests I stated again that I was traveling with a documented ESA dog and I have my reasonable request for accommodation due to my disability and I spoke to Greg prior to reservation. I received an email from property only hours b4 checkin while traveling there asking what specific tasks my dog performs...(the employee told me they weren't allowed to ask this of me btw.) I didn't have chance to email back and showed up to the property. They had placed a NO PETS ALLOWED on their counter when I walked in. Gary quickly told me he was legally asking me the 1 question he could even tho I called prior and was told my ESA was fine. I'm autistic and have adhd so confrontation isn't anything I want and is why I called to avoid this stress, but no, they lied and got me to book a room there then turned me away. I will never recommend anyone stay in this place. I'm a disabled individual who was discriminated against and tricked into making this reservation.

Beautiful room very quiet and peaceful, clean, had everything we needed.

Nothing to dislike

First of all, the beds are so comfortable. The rooms are clean and they don't smell like they've been covered over with artificial air. Fresheners but they're genuinely clean. Great staff.

It was raining and I am disabled and we had to park away from our hotel door. I did not enjoy That part there should be disabled parking close to the room available.

Pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. Very clean & comfortable. Arrived very late at night but staff on duty was incredibly polite & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked room online . When i got there and checked in the receptionist mentioned thr computer was showing the room as dirty but she was sure it was clean so she changed it in the computer and sid she would run up to double check before I got up there. I asked her for a couple extra pillows and she took them up to the room for me. My 3 year old daughter had been asleep as it was getting late and.we pulled over because I was to tired to drive. Thinking I would be able to get my toddler transfered without waking her up i carried her upstairs to the room. When I walked in there was dirty bedding bunched up all over thr bed and chair. The sink was still dirty and the trash can was full..i was so confused and now had a waking toddler at 10pm at night. I call front desk and they inform me THEY HAVE NO MORE.ROOMS! They told me they would send me to their sister hotel because they had rooms. Im pretty exhausted and frustrated at this point . Toddler now awake and cranky I'm having to carry everything back down the stairs to my truck..even though I did go over to the other hotel I did not end up staying with them. I still have yet to see the refund for the $115 room i paid for.

The room could of been clean and we wouldn't of had to leave

Comfortable beds quiet location no traffic sounds. Our room was sparkling clean and completely remodeled.

I prefer carpet but the wood floors are brand new and sparkling clean. The weather was in low 30s here on the coast and room took forever to warm up. Only 1 thin blanket to sleep with. We borrowed one from a friend to help warm us.
