Clean and spacious.
The bathroom bath stopper didn’t stop the water from running out so a cup and towel was to be used.

A good location a stone's throw away from Canal Street and the French Quarter. My room was a good size and comfortable. The hotel entrance and reception area is rather grand. I stayed over Christmas and was touched by my stocking full of goodies which was on my bed when I arrived. Staff were friendly too and the bar downstairs is lovely
It's a shame that the hotel does not offer breakfast

great location - walk distance to the conference venue; the lobby was fantastic - I will come back again for the lobby. Receptionists were friendly and professional. The room was also good, with all the things you need, and a comfy bed.
I ordered a standard room, but didn't know the room has no window. Didn't know that "no window" could be a standard. If some rooms are like that, better to warn customers in advance when they are booking, because window is important.
Plus I also asked for changing to a room with window, but had to pay extra $50 for each night. Comparing to Enzo's experience I guess white male from Netherlands was more noble than me
