The staff was excellent! The property is very cute and industrial in a good way.
Lack of lighting by the bed. The elevator was not working, but the staff was great bringing my bags up and down.

We liked the location and the very friendly and helpful staff. They offer reverse osmosis water which I was pleased about.
The bed frame squeaked with every move and the room had no window that opened to the outside, nor a fan to remove the moisture from the shower, so it smelled a little musty in the room.
There were no meals available and the rooftop bar was not operational.

I loved the layout of the facility. Very very quaint.
New Orleans' rats lying dead on the street outside the facility on Sunday morning. I am very sqeemish. I stayed a bit longer than I intended to process rats lying dead on the streets. It's different. Also, the air conditioner was dripping and the shower could have been designed much better.
