    I was leaving one destination looking to book where I was going to, last minute guy. I logged in ***. They failed me with my previous and had offered me a discount for my next, which I thought was nice. Suddenly Agoda was running things . I never heard of them, but had only a 2.5 hour drive and wanted a place to go to. So I went with it and BAM, got a room at the hotel I wanted for a great price. Lower than the *** price , by $2.00 a day. But was very happy with my experience dealing with Agoda. Thank you

    The front desk staff at this hotel may be the worst I've seen in my 30 plus years of travels. I watched it happen to a customer on the phone while I was waiting, and I watched it happen to a guest who was in line ahead of me. The front desk staff were unwilling to answer very basic questions about refunding of deposits, and we're extremely rude in their interactions with the phone customer and paying guests that were at the hotel. You might have an occasional bad Apple working at the front desk, which is expected sometimes. This was two people working in tandem being rude to customers. The woman and the man were feeding off of each other's rudeness and looking at each other during their interactions with hotel guests and eye rolling. One elderly guest was buying something from the sundry items offered and they asked for his room number. He has hesitated and could not immediately recall his room number, and the woman behind the counter starts gasping in disbelief that he can't remember his room number when this gentleman is over 80 years old. If that were my father or grandfather, I would have tore into that piece of garbage behind the counter.

    We stay here every year and this year will unfortunately be the last. Property is in slow decline. In need of a refresh. Furniture, lighting(extension cord with bare wiring running to lamp),TV and beds all in need of updating. Cleanliness has also fallen off.
