Rooms are very comfortable . We did have an issue but changed rooms and the staff are all very pleasant . Especially Heather is very efficient and professional.

The hotel is set in a beautiful area in the promenade. There are some nice shops and a wonderful Italian market with great coffee, incredible foods and more. The rooms were clean and fairly nice. The highlight for me was the newer upscale bathrooms which incorporated a nice shower, tub and large sink vanity. The staff was very friendly and there is a cozy welcoming room off the lobby that serves breakfast and guests can socialize thoroughout the day and evening. The Steakhouse has a great bar and the food is delicious..
