Reception in the lobby was amazing! Everyone was friendly and always nice. Shout out to Ashley for being amazing, as I had a booking issue with the 3rd party messing up our rooms and she took care of our 7 person reservation. She was beyond helpful and quick in getting us set up with connecting rooms.
The toilet in one room took 2 flushes just for basic #1 usage to be cleared entirely. In the other, the air conditioner and the bathroom lights didn't work.
For the services, one bartender wasn't very friendly and was noticeably serving and treating the regulars differently. I had 2 drinks in a total of almost 2 hours and felt like I was treated like an inconvenience when I finally did ask for another.
