Baymont by Wyndham Fargo

The breakfast was decent. The hot tub was working and warm (almost too warm). Staff was pleasant. They look like they are working on improving the facility to at least look nicer.

There was no hot water our first night. They did get it fixed by the second night, but this was a problem. The key cards did not work smoothly in several of the doors. You had to know the tricks. And bathroom door stuck in our room leading to some panic. The outside door also stuck sometimes making it hard to leave the room. No clock in the room. Just some little things they need to be addressed to make it a nicer place and a better value.

Checkout Time. And finding an old used razor hidden beneath bathroom mirror and hotel staff not doing anything to address it. No comps, nothing. Put it on manager to deal with. By then we had checked out. Not happy. Shouldn’t have had a “dirty” room. Not satisfied how my compliant was addressed. Nothing done. ,
