Convenient location. Good, free breakfast. Comfortable beds.
No elevator for 2nd floor access. The hotel property charges $25 for Early check-in even though the room is ready, sitting there empty, and we had to get ready for a wedding. Seems like the owners nickel and dime their customers. He contributes to a poor Customer experience, which they either don’t realize or don’t care. Was charging $25 worth it if the next time I choose a different hotel?

The moldy odor in the overall facility and our plumbing issue, we had to fix it. The front desk offered to move us due to letting us know at 10 in the evening we felt it was too late to locate in a different room.
The hot tub was way too hot.
