An excellent place to stay to enjoy key west on foot and a base to relax in.

The location was very good…easily walkable to the main places of interest, but far enough from the noisy area. Also that once there you had an allocated parking space. The pool area was very nice and whilst not extensive the free continental breakfast was a bonus. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great Value for a Functional Stay

Location near the Southernmost Point & Higgs Beach (for the triathlon) was great. I could ride my bike to the event and I made it back to the room in time for the 11 am check-out so that’s perfect. The AC was nice and chill, the shower had great water pressure, and the food truck on the property was delicious. The pool was very warm which (if I wasn’t swimming laps) would be perfect too. Nice covered outside area to hang out when it was raining by the pool too. Staff was very polite and helpful, room was clean and it’s a very good value for the money.

I would have liked the ability to confirm a late check-out the night before (instead of the morning of) so I would have had less stress to make it back by 11 am.

Continental Breakfast was located by the pool, so that was great. Could have had a few more options, like cereal in a box or some additional fruit. Also, milk for the coffee and tea not just the half n half cups. Seating was also a bit of an issue.

It would be nice to have drinking water available at the pool - either a spigot for refilling our water bottles or a vending machine with water for sale.

It was in a great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. We had a very nice room that was separate from the main hotel. A nice upgrade 😊 Check in was good and staff helpful

Only complaint is there is not anywhere to hang towels next to sink. Only hooks on far wall. This seems to be a thing, at least in recent hotels I’ve stayed in. I don’t know why!

Pleasantly surprised at the overall motel, a lot of times you go and the property never looks like the pictures but the blue marlin motel did!

I’m pretty sure I paid for the breakfast and honestly that’s where you lacked the most, not many options, it was pretty sad I only went once didn’t really eat anything had to go off site for breakfast. Not good since I was there 3 mornings and only went once

Good stay for a short break in Key West

The room was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also very well-equipped. The pool was also very nice, and there was space to enjoy it.

The breakfast was a bit sparse, and the location was a bit far from the main commercial area, although it was accessible with a walk.

Miserable experience.

Location only.

Typical motel room. Continental breakfast was nothing to be desired so plan on finding a restaurant nearby and get yourself as real breakfast. When booking be aware when it reads parking available it really means, park on our property for $15 per night. Location was convenient to most of what Key West has to offer for average visitors. The reason I wouldn’t return is the women manning the front desk during check in as well as checking out. If you enjoy feeling like a 2nd rate customer from an unpleasant person you’ll do just fine. God help you if there’s a glitch in your pre booked reservation she’s quick to tell you she will cancel your reservation and won’t rebook you. Beware, if you’re dealing with a woman with European accent rest assured she’s not there to help you. I was lucky enough to have resolved the issues on my own therefore leaving her with no option but to grudgingly accept my precooked, prepaid reservation. Yes, they are one of the more inexpensive motels, but spend a few dollars more somewhere else and have a more pleasant experience by avoiding this establishment.

July 3 to 5th stay

Location was good, not in the crowds. Close to the buoy, nice restaurants, shops. Bus stop was close to go to other side of old town.reasonable cost (1$). Walking distance to fireworks.

Breakfast could use a protein ie: hb eggs. The price jumped $100 from one nite to another because of holiday.
