Staff took a lot of pride in the pool area.

We enjoyed the clean room and the pool area. The Havana room we stayed in was advertised as a kitchenette but was not, no sink or way to cook anything. Breakfast and coffee were not available until 8:30 and staff primarily brought in containers of pastries which were no doubt recycled for several days. The pool bar was permanently closed with apparently no plans to reopen. Signs online show it as open. Office is locked at 6 so no way to purchase drinks on site after that time. We would probably stay here again due to its close proximity to DuVall street and it is a nice smaller hotel.

Honestly, great location and loved our room! The only thing is I don’t think we got our VIP welcome gift. Not the end of the world!
