Location was great. Had shuttle for the airport and was in walking distance to excellent restaurants and other eaterys.
The bed was uncomfortable, furniture and walls etc were very worn down and in need of replacement/ repair. Compared to a stay at a different nearby hotel, the value/cost was not equal. Fairfield was more expensive than the hotel I stayed at (walking distance/same block) yet the room at Fairfield was significantly smaller (other room had living room, small kitchen, bedroom with door, big bathroom and a large indoor balcony. Fairfield room, though more expensive, was just a small basic room. I expected more from the Fairfield since it was almost $200 more than the competitor.

The location was great. easy to get to multiple destinations.
The room had a funk odor and the bedding looked dingey. We had a clogged toilet and could not get anyone to look at it for two hours. When talking to the front desk the receptionist had difficulties understanding that we needed maintenance. When eating breakfast in the morning all the trash cans were overflowing with trash and the cleanliness of the facilities where awful.
