I loved it for the quiet, helpful, amenity based experience. It was a wonderful atmosphere for a work trip.
The sheets were a bit scratchy. And would have liked to see more options for breakfast.

The things that stands out was the big room, heated pool, jacuzzi, & breakfast.
I couldn't find the guest laundry on the 2nd floor. The map in my room started it was right by my room and it wasn't. I walked 3 different halls and finally just gave up.

huge flight delays and cancellations at DFW - loved the closeness of the hotel, the ease of checking in and the free shuttle service.
Its not that I didn't like it - but my goodness, what a strange hotel. Big "the backrooms" energy.
