Holidays in a comfortable home with a wonderful view of the sea

The owners of the house are super attentive, caring and kind. The house is located in a beautiful olive grove(far from the noise, about 2 km from the seashore) , with a beautiful view of the sea, in complete silence, very comfortable, clean,kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, there are beautiful dishes and everything you need for a holidays. There is a well-kept yard with flowers, sun loungers, barbecue, grill, toys for children and a parking lot. My children and I would be happy to come back to Sarina's house for a holiday.

An incredible choice of stay

The location was amazing. It was so peaceful. The ocean view was spectacular. It was less than 1 hour drive to Portofino or Cinque Terre. From the house, we were able to watch the firework at Portofino. Sarina was very responsive. The very last minute, my girlfriend wanted to join us for our trip. So called Sarina and asked if it is fine. She was very welcoming. She took the initiative and texted me and sent me the location. She was at the door waiting for us and offering help for carrying the luggage (because there is 2 min walk from the private parking slot to the house). Sarina's place was incredibly clean and equipped. It had heating equipment for cold nights, and the murmur floor was cool for a warm weather. It also had so much of family vibe (board games, DVDs with movies and cartoons, Play station, and so on). It is a great place specifically if you have kids. She and her husband live next door. They were kind and helpful. We didn't have frying oil with us for making breakfast, they quickly brought two for us. They have a grill place in the yard, and we planned for a grill night. They offered us coal. The decoration of the house was very beautiful. We were wondering if they have studied design or art. Also when we wanted to check out, she was flexible with the time and offered us help with the luggage. We were there for three days, but we were all very sad that we were leaving the place. We have in mind to go back there again in the near future.

Nothing at all. Everything was great. The only thing you should consider before booking this place is that the house is on a hill (that's why it has such a nice ocean view). But this also means that you should have a car which can drive uphill in a relatively narrow street. Without a car it wouldn't make much sense to go there.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect at Sarina House. The host was incredibly nice, she was waiting for us, and she took very good care of us. The house was very clean, the garden wonderful, with an amazing view of the sea. A very suitable place for families with children. There is any facility for the little ones. Lots of toys too. The house is not close to the beach, but in the car can be reached very easily, on a road with wonderful views. The terrace is also very nice, we ate outside every meal and drank coffee. A place where we felt at home and we will definitely return.

Fabuleux

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec ma petite fille en bas âge. La vue depuis la maison est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Sarina, l’hôte, est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La maison est très propre, parfaitement équipée et nous avons même trouvé des jouets pour enfants, ce qui a fait le bonheur de ma fille. Sarina est très accueillante, serviable et toujours à l'écoute. Elle nous a recommandé pas mal d'endroits et des restaurants. La localisation est idéale : seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Lavagna et 8 minutes de la gare, pratique pour explorer toute la côte en train. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Solo una parola: spettacolare

Beh, che dire... Posizione in collina, a 5 min. in auto dal centro di Lavagna e 10 dalla spiaggia più vicina a Cavi. Vista SPETTACOLARE sul golfo del Tigullio. Sarina è una host squisita, sempre attenta e disponibile. L'appartamento all'arrivo era pulitissimo, dotato di tutto (asciugamani, pentole, lenzuola, corredo da bagno...), il giardino molto grande completo di due barbecue, sdraio, tavolo, ombrelloni, calcio balilla, lavanderia il tutto utilizzabile. La sera, poi, la vista è mozzafiato col sole che tramontava proprio davanti a noi dietro la collina di Portofino. Ribadisco, Sarina è stata davvero perfetta in tutto.

Della struttura nulla. Bisogna solo avere fortuna nel trovare parcheggio per la spiaggia. Ma con un po di pazienza si riesce a trovare.

Sarina egy nagyon kedves és segítőkész szállásadó. A lakás kifejezetten jól felszerelt, különösen a konyha. Tisztaság és hűvös apartman várt bennünket. Gyönyörű panorámával rendelkezik. A kertben grillezési lehetőség, a gyerekeknek játékok állnak rendelkezésre. Külön mosókonyhában lehetett mosni. Gyalog 800 méteren keresztül kis ösvényen lehet lemenni a központba. Nem lehetetlen, de megterhelő. Autót vagy robogót mindenképpen javaslok a közlekedéshez. Nagyon ajánlom. Kényelmesen elfértünk a nagyszülőkkel.

Sarina House ist der perfekte Ausgangsort, um die Ligurische Küste zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett ausgerüstet. Sie ist perfekt für 4 Personen, evtl 6, vorallem für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Besonders hat uns gefallen die ruhige Lage inmitten eines Olivenhains, die Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer, die Qualität der Wohnung und die Disponibilität und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber Sarina und Luigi.

MIGLIORE CASA VACANZA❤️

Sarina House Ocean View é veramente una terrazza sul mare! La casa non é in centro città, sta in collina.. Ma permettetemi, non c'è paragone!! A parte che ci vogliono proprio dieci minuti nemmeno ad arrivare in paese, ma poi la vista che si ha dalla casa, il giardino privato, gli sdraio, il doppio barbecue, insomma, tutto!, non ha niente da invidiare al resto! La casa era perfettamente pulita, con tutto l'occorrente, perfetta per chi come noi ha bambini piccoli in quanto con doppio seggiolone, lettino, mille giochi, libretti.. Da casa non abbiamo portato nulla! Sarina inoltre é una persona meravigliosa, sempre disponibile, educata, ci ha fatto anche dei pensieri per noi e il bambino.. Davvero, la migliore casa vacanza dove siamo mai stati! Consigliata? Assolutamente si, al 100%!! Grazie a Sarina e alla sua famiglia per questo splendido soggiorno, a presto!!
