A cinematic and relaxing experience with Ligurian Sea in the background

Michele is a very welcoming host with many great suggestions for the area surrounding Lavagna. The communication with him has also been very easy. The house itself is exactly as described on Booking.com and elsewhere: It offers fantastic views from all rooms and the patio. The interiors are decorated with great taste. The furniture and kitchen utensils are very unique. If you want to have a both cinematic and relaxing experience with family or group of friends, this IS the place.

Although Michele tried to help with the problem as soon as we shared it, I still want to mention this (and give a rating of 9, instead of a well-deserved 10): There were wild boars coming down from the hills at night. As the patio is so nice to hang out during the night (one of the main attractions of the house), it has been a bit annoying for us. This might be a very seasonal, limited-time issue. It may also be solved with some extra fencing around the private garden. The combi-boiler also has an issue, but it is easily solved. As we also heard, it was soon to be replaced with a brand new one.

Nous avons changé notre planning en dernière minute et avons eu quelques imprévus, mais l’hôte a été extrêmement arrangeant et disponible. Il nous a répondu rapidement à chaque fois, a proposé des solutions alternatives avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Très sympathique, fiable, et vraiment à l’écoute.

Härlig vistelse på vacker plats!

Rymligt och vackert hus, smakfullt möblerat och ett härligt kök. Mycket väl fungerande AC. Trevlig uteplats och till vår stora glädje en dusch i trädgården! Ägaren är en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam man.

Casa Franguella ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir würden gerne nochmals den Urlaub hier verbringen

Casa Franguella hat alles was man für einen guten Urlaub mit der Familie braucht: gute Ausstattung und Meeresnähe, eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick mitten im Olivenhain. Michele ist ein sehr netter uns sympathischer Gastgeber. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat super Tipps für Ausflüge und gutes Essen in der Region.

Séjour entre copines

Jolie maison, très belle vue, proche du centre. Le propriétaire Michele très sympathique, de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amies, nous avons toutes adorés. Très jolies balades dans les villes avoisinantes, par le littoral.

Accès pour personnes à mobilité réduite, pas recommandé.

Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi e godersi la natura.

La casa ha bellissimi spazi, sia all'interno che all'esterno. E' perfettamente attrezzata, di recente apertura, i letti sono molto comodi. Immersa nel verde degli ulivi, con di fronte il mare con la vista che si spinge fino a Sestri Levante, ma comunque molto comoda a tutti i servizi (2 minuti di auto per arrivare in centro a Lavagna) questa casa è il posto giusto per rigenerarsi. La zona è molto silenziosa. Michele è un host molto accogliente, che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla in quanto ad ospitalità e informazioni sulla zona.
