The house is located in an exclusive condominium village on the hill overlooking the small village of Cavi di Lavagna and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony, all surrounded by a garden with terraces and barbecue and private parking.
The villa is located 1.5 km from the sea and in the village is available, during the summer, a shuttle that leads to the beach and the small village below where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
A few kilometers away are the stations of Sestri Levante or Lavagna from which you can easily reach the Cinque Terre, all the villages of the Gulf of Tigullio and Genoa.
Pets are allowed in the house.

"As others have said you can hear motorway noise but this really didn't bother us. Location is not quite as described as it's not in the centre of cavi but up a steep winding hill so takes around 20 mi..."
