Friendly staff overall very clean and inviting. Only downside is when you book it shows a pool as an amenity but the pool is closed and when I asked staff about it they said the pool has been down so long they scratched the letters off the signs but have never taken this off the amenity’s list which is very disappointing as not only did I book for the pool so my kids had something to do while there but there were many other families that came in with kids looking to use the pool.

I stayed in Room 112. This is on the ground floor of the hotel, which has a view of the back of their property. There were no privacy curtains on the bedroom window. There were sheer curtains, but no privacy curtains. Upon checkout, I told the desk clerk that I was surprised that there were no privacy curtains in the bedroom and I had observed a woman and her son with their two dogs not far from my bedroom window this morning. The clerk said he was sorry and unaware of that. He told me the manager would call me on Tuesday (July 7) when she comes in to work, and would offer me a discount.
I have not received a call or discount yet.
Kitchen drawers were not clean with food crumbs and a dead bug. Dishes from previous people were still in diswasher.
Breakfast on Saturday had scrambled eggs, sausage links and limp looking french toast sticks for hot choices. The eggs had a watery substance in them.
Breakfast on Sunday morning had no hot food choices, desk clerk said they don't serve hot food on Sunday.
We've stayed at this hotel a couple times a year for several years and have never encountered these circumstances.
