Nice room and comfortable bed! The breakfast was good ! Nice options

TV in room didn’t work. They tried to help but it still didn’t work.

It was comfortable, we were given fresh towels every day as well as our bed made, and it came with breakfast, dinner, and 3 drinks per night included.

The pillows were half sized, we had to pay for parking, the food was often out and had to be waited for (but they were short staffed so i understand), and the gravy was too peppery

I like the location as it was close to lots of good restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I paid extra for a room with a spa tub. However, after filling it up and getting in, I turned the jets on and one was completely broken and sprayed crazy amounts of water all over the room and ceiling. Also the light above the tub flickered and turned off simultaneously which was terrifying. I had to call the front desk from my cell because the in-room phone did not work. The kind front desk lady tried to change my room to a suite of comparable value but there were no others available with the spa tub which was what I booked & paid for since I was suffering from a back injury several days before surgery.
