Great value, beautiful peaceful & clean

Gardens beautiful . Room was really nice, lots of hooks to hang things on, small wardrobe and dressing table which were very useful . The bathroom was clean with hot & cold water. The staff are lovely . You can hire scooters and book trips They could charge more to stay here as it’s so beautiful peaceful and near Main Street and beach .

We did not have a fridge in the room which I would have thought was standard. We could buy cold drinks from reception, however it closed early. The bed was uncomfortable and we both got bitten which we thought came from the mattress. I did ask about treating mattress but they did not have anything . They offered to change room or sheets. It was slightly better once they changed sheets. We stopped for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned unless requested, there are no beach towels but they gave us two towels on request

Nice place with great location

Location was perfect just 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of different restaurants and cafes. It was very good value for money

The bathroom is a little tired and was a smell coming from it but again it was very cheap so wasn’t expecting something super modern.

Quiet, cute so close to the ocean and very affordable. Run by a super sweet family. Cheap scooter rentals. Great food nearby. Recommended for a nice budget stay!

The pool was fabulous, no that big but more than what we needed and such a nice temperature. Fabulous location too. Short walk to beach and many eateries/shops

The bathrooms were dated and just didn't feel nice at all. I barely wanted to shower here, everything else fine but if you're fussy with bathrooms. Pay a bit more.

Unforgettable

What I liked the most about the accommodation was the location (a central street and very close to the beach), the pool, and that you could rent a scooter right there. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The facilities were a bit old. Apart from that, everything was perfect!!!

Location was great! Quiet at night. No noise at all. Lovely staff. Size of the room - very spacious. Nice pool area!

Bathroom needs an update. There should be hand soap, a hand towel and extra toilet paper rolls. You can ask and they’re happy to provide. Towels and linen also need an update.

Great location. 1 minute walk to beach and Shipwrecks surf break directly out front. Basic room but has hot water and aircon. For the price it is really good. Shops and laundry also very close. Good pool.

Perfect stay and friendly host

The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The aircon works really well. The staff were so welcoming, booked me on the best snorkel tour I have done at 7am and got picked up and taken to the spot by 8am. Would highly recommend captain blanks snorkel trip. The manager gave me a tour on his scooter of the island and was so kind and helpful, I would recommend anyone staying just to receive his service. Great location to stay to explore the main area of the island and restaurants.

It would have been good to have two towels provided but no real issue. The drying rack was broken and needs replacing.

The location and staff that’s about it. If you are looking for the most basic room on the island this is exactly what you’re looking for.

The wifi in the upstairs rooms was non existent and with bad 4G coverage in that area it was impossible for me to do any work. The pillows are by far the worst I’ve ever put my head on. I struggle to see why the reviews are so good for this place. Terrible wifi, No toiletries, Bad pillows, No fridge, No water, No bedside tables. Just a bed in a big room and that’s about it.

Clean & Friendly Bungalow, very close to the beach!

Nice little place, with a decent pool. Room was very clean and spacious, and the AC worked great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, couple minutes walk to the main street, and a shorter walk to the beach.

Only real downside was the Wifi didn't work in the room (we were on the upper floor) but great around the pool and the main area.

I have stayed before & will stay again! I love the friendly staff & the family that live there also. It’s nice to see the locals not just endless tourists. It feels safe & close to the beach.

Love everything at the homestay. Probably apart from the small bathroom gets wet when shower & it needs fly screen on the open air vent due to mozzie. Also it lets smoke in from burning nearby at night. I think the Pool needs more chlorine & fresh water after so many people in small pool.

Affordable comfort, Peaceful and spotless stay in the heart of Jungut Batu

A small hotel with a pool and very simple rooms with limited amenities—but considering the very affordable price, it’s completely understandable and definitely worth what you pay. The room was extremely clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, in the best location in Jungut Batu—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main street. The staff were friendly and polite, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for breakfast, but that wasn’t a problem at all. There are plenty of beachside cafes nearby, and having breakfast with an ocean view was actually a highlight for us. One small thing we missed was having a bedside table in the room—it would’ve been nice to have.

Clean, great price, great location and a great option for those cost-conscious travelers.

Awesome location with eateries, cafes, & stores nearby for supplies. Beach at the end of the lane and so close to lots of other accommodation that have restaurants/bars on the beach. Love the fan in the room, when you don't want the air con on. Lovely clean room and the pool is perfect for cooling down. They have a range of books at check in if you need something to read. Wifi works fine, though we did lose power for 3 hours one day. Nice light rooms rather then dark wood.

The floor gets wet in the bathroom whilst showering due to no shower curtain. No hand towels provided (only 1 bath towel, & 2 rolls of loo paper) but I just bought some from the local market and had bought my own beach towel which I used. There is no fridge, tv or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however I didn't expect that for the price. This doesn't bother me but just thought people should be aware before booking.

Nice spacious rooms, good price and friendly staff

The room is spacious and there is a nice swimming pool. The location is great, next to the beach and some nice restaurants. The staff is really friendly you can also rent a scooter to drive around the island.

You couldn’t fill your water bottle here, while the rest of the island is trying to be plastic-free. The room isn’t cleaned regularly, but if you ask for it they will do it. We also asked for help booking the boat but they couldn’t help us.

Great for the price

The location is great. It’s about 100m (if that) from the beach and super close to this great cafe called ombak. It’s pretty easy to walk anywhere and there’s plenty of food options close by. I feel like for the price, I can’t really complain. AC was cold, water was warm(ish) and the place was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was decent and worked well.

The bathroom had a weird smell, especially in the afternoon, so I just tried to keep the door closed. Don’t expect daily cleaning or anything like that - again not complaining for the price. I feel like if they replaced the lumpy pillows and provided a small bar of soap, it’d improve the experience 10 fold.

Lovely accommodation with very spacious and bright rooms, each has its own drying rack. I recommend to rent the scooter with them. Beach super close, also good restaurants within walking distance.

You get what you pay

We loved all the island of Lembongan. The property is walkable distance from the port. We did walk, because transport to property was quite expensive (1 km - 100k). The room is big and clean. The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold, impossible to get medium. Anyway, it is great value for money.

There is no kettle, cups and shampoo/soap in the room. But the owner gave us hot water for morning coffee after we purchased cups.

Very close to the beach. Walk 50 m down an alley and come out next to Mola Mola Dive right in front of Shipwreck break. Staff very helpful.

- very close to the beach, blue corner dive shop and main street but also very quiet - pool - friendliness of staff - almost everyday I was asked if i want my room to be cleaned. I could have also left the key at the reception when nobody would have been around

- i went to this accommodation because of the very good wifi rating. the wifi though is average but it seems that it’s similar in other places. data with telcomsel was also not brilliant - the bathroom walls could receive a good scrub - a bedside table would be nice, I used the stool instead
