    Was greeted by very nice valet attendant before I was even out of my car. First impression going in the door felt so welcoming and comfortable it felt like coming home. Front desk staff person (Jordyn) greeted with a big smile and thorough introduction. The hotel was especially beautiful decorated for the holidays, inside and out. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

    The bed is so comfortable, and I could stay in all day. The elevator, however, is a bit tiny. Overall, a great place to stay.

    Whilst it is a lovely charming little property, with tasty food in the restaurant, it disappointed on several fronts. I stayed there during what I imagine was a busy period as parents were moving their kids into NU for the Fall Semester. Knowing this, they should have added staff. At breakfast one day, the wait for even a coffee was 1.5 hours. The thermostat in the room could not be controlled. I was told it was controlled by the 8th floor unit and this was confirmed when I moved rooms. The King rooms on the higher floor were better than the queen rooms on the lower floors. In my first room, there was a short circuit after I plugged in the iron. I could go on. All said, it’s not worth the value but I assume on an off peak season, it would be a nice stay.
