Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dayton South, OH

The location is excellent, as is the staff, and that includes everyone.

Unfortunately, our stay was one week after the area got pummeled with 12-14” of snow. I was told that the snow plow service had their plow break. OK, but why didn't they find another company to clear the spaces when the businesses around had relatively cleared lots. Disappointed, for sure.

The staff were all so very kind, helpful and friendly!!especially the gentleman who helped with breakfast!! Very attentive and kept the breakfast area clean.

Didn’t find out the pool was broken till we got there. Went to take showers and we had no hot water. I called down stairs and they were to call me back in 20 min. Never did .So I called booking.com which i booked through and apparently the manager couldn’t be reached. They didn’t take any thing off our bill and charged us 115 for not keeping our room for tonight. We are supposed to get our 115 back but haven’t so far. Don’t get me wrong the place is clean which matters the most to me. Not sure who the man at the desk this morning was but he was rude. Unapologetically for the water and actually said no one else complained about the hot water until I told him yes indeed other rooms had complained. I had it in my emails. Still didn’t offer an apology or money off my room. I won’t return

The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood, the pillows didn’t have any fluff my head sunk to the bottom immediately. The food was bland and basic. The staff were sweet and attentive. No body wash
