Checked out early

Didn’t find out the pool was broken till we got there. Went to take showers and we had no hot water. I called down stairs and they were to call me back in 20 min. Never did .So I called booking.com which i booked through and apparently the manager couldn’t be reached. They didn’t take any thing off our bill and charged us 115 for not keeping our room for tonight. We are supposed to get our 115 back but haven’t so far. Don’t get me wrong the place is clean which matters the most to me. Not sure who the man at the desk this morning was but he was rude. Unapologetically for the water and actually said no one else complained about the hot water until I told him yes indeed other rooms had complained. I had it in my emails. Still didn’t offer an apology or money off my room. I won’t return

That it was close to my location and not in a busy area

The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood, the pillows didn’t have any fluff my head sunk to the bottom immediately. The food was bland and basic. The staff were sweet and attentive. No body wash

It was dirty didn’t even stay

Hotel was dirty from the lobby to the room. I checked in at 7:31 pm and left at 7:33 pm. I’ve been waiting for Booking.com and the hotel property to reimburse my stay and I’ve been getting the run around for a week now

Nice, clean, comfortable and cost efficient place to stay!

The property was in a great location. Staff members were exceptional and very accommodating. We were traveling with a two year old and everyone was so kind and helpful. The associate that covered the breakfast area on Friday morning was outstanding. There were obviously some updates being done at the time and seems everyone took tremendous pride in the property.

Relaxing stay with perfect location for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the hotel which allowed us to find restaurants and other activities within a short distance from the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool on Saturday morning. There was no one else in there so my husband and I enjoyed swimming laps and floating around. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower water was hot and plentiful!

The room was pretty small. We wish it could have been a little bigger for two adults.

Had a great stay and the location was wonderful for me.

Breakfast was good with a good selection. Hotel was in great shape, maybe even remodeled recently. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having a small fridge and microwave.

Dayton is a great city to visit.

We requested an accessible room with a roll- in shower, and the bathroom was excellent. We really liked the nice bright light near the entrance, it was good for nice combination area for the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was excellent and there were lots of pillows. Breakfast was good, and we liked that the toaster in the kitchen area was available for use at night. The best thing was the excellent heating system, because it was very chilly the next morning.

The room was a little tight, and there was only one small bench to place a suitcase.

Location? I guess?

Long story short the hotel triple charged me and then blamed booking.com for it. And when they realized their mistake I got a reversal payment but no apologies or explanations even though I spent the majority of my first night in town dealing with it. TERRIBLE customer service. The sheets were stained, the paint job was in terrible condition. Not worth the $300 A NIGHT for some run down junk hotel.
