I generally do not review a hotel or restaurant unless I have something positive to say, but the only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds are comfortable.
This is close to one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. Despite having pre-paid for our rooms, I was greeted with extra nightly charges for our small dog. This was not included ANYWHERE on the information we were provided when I reserved this hotel. Additionally, we were provided with pet "rules," which included a rule that we were not permitted to leave our dog alone for more than 15 minutes. How were we supposed to eat a meal out or visit with family? Once we got through all of these "extras," we turned the corner to our room, only to be greeted with a haze of marijuana smoke. Our entire hallway was filled with marijuana odor throughout our four-day stay. Despite complaining about it three times (given that this is a non-smoking hotel), the only response we received was to have the man at the front desk walk directly to a guest room and knock on the door (indicating to us that he knew exactly who was responsible). On one occasion, the marijuana smoker was in the stairwell at the end of our hall - smoking marijuana while holding the outer door open and standing inside the building. A few minutes later, the same individual was working at the front desk, so it appears he was a hotel employee. Beyond that, our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and there were not enough towels to keep it dry. To top it all off, the front desk staff were unfriendly (one morning having an entire conversation about parties and their drug use), and the breakfast was really awful. We are not at all picky when it comes to a hotel breakfast, but this was pretty bad. Powdered eggs. Greasy sausage. White toast. There was batter to make waffles and some yogurt and dry cereal, which is great if you like that, but that's pretty much it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but least of all to a family with children.
DESPITE the property manager's reply (below), we DID complain to management three separate times.

The shower faucet wasn't easy to figure out.

The eggs and sausage were tasteless. The whole hotel has a bad smell which included my room. The room was dirty although the bed was clean. Using the blackout curtains are a must because the parking lot lights shine directly into the rooms on the backside of the hotel

Very clean, even some furniture and building are pretty old, you don’t feel any smell of old property, very well managed. Standard breakfast type with natural juices, like a lot. Common area also very clean and well managed.
No complain, some leather furniture have a tear, but considering value if stay and cleaned it’s negligible.

My son loved the option for mini waffles so much he put a waffle maker on his gift list. The hotel staff was wonderful and breakfast was varied and good.
Beds had a significant dip in the middle and we couldn't help roll toward each other. On a king size bed that's too big a dip. We were traveling with friends who said the beds in their beds were equally terrible. My back was sore for days after returning home, and my husband, who has never had back pain, had to seek medical care for it. Room had no sheets or pillows for the pullout, no plug in the tub to bathe kids, we kept having to go to the desk to request things that are typically in the room.

We needed adjoining rooms to get ready for our wedding, and the hotel was able to accommodate it beautifully! They also went above and beyond and did not book us near other people so we didn’t have to be as quiet as we necessarily had to be as we traveled back and forth between the rooms.
Also the breakfast smelled wonderful, and tasted better!
The tub was a bit slow to drain, and didn’t keep a bath for long, but it was okay for what we needed!

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Angie prepared breakfast before the allotted time and was a very cordial kitchen staff person.
The pool listed is only summer use outside.

It was far enough away from the road to be quiet. Nice breakfast.
Super thin walls but front desk took care of my noisy neighbors.

We've stayed here a few times in the past and it has been a passable, clean hotel and a great value.
Something changed recently. It seems like the hotel is being utilized as a transitional facility for men. Either substance abuse or incarceration halfway house. That's fine, but the hotel should disclose this for travelers who may not be comfortable in this environment. There was a lobby argument during breakfast between two men who were being transitioned out of the hotel. Not a good situation.

Location to where I was going. Close to restaurants, and Staff were fairly friendly.
Door closers are needed on the rooms as kids, adults, and others seem to have no idea how to not SLAM the doors, and have any smidge of consideration to paying guests. Breakfast was luke warm to cold....

They offer a great breakfast, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.
A bit dated and could use a little upkeep as far as repairing broken tiles, drywall, grout, etc.

It was affordable and in a nice area.
Both nights there were rowdy guest across the hall from me. The first night a drunk couple was fighting and it wasn't resolved until 4am, so I got no sleep. The pillows are small. They are square and throw pillow sized. There is no full length mirror.

Most important is cleanliness & crispness; the sheets were not crisp & did not look like they were changed & had spots on them i had to place sheets on top to be able to sleep. The shower curtain had hair on it, not cleaned well and detailed.
Cleanliness & not crisp

Location only…that’s about the only positive thing.
The bedding was old. Old spring coil mattress and the sheets were piling…so incredibly uncomfortable. I couldn’t close the curtains so the lights from the car dealership were shining in my room all night. You get what you pay for and regret trying to save some money.

Staff was always willing to accommodate our requests.
The hallway carpet was a bit stained and the foot stool in our room had definitely seen it's better days.

Older, but well kept and repaired. Very good overall. Felt good and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was not top notch, but had waffles, omelettes, and hash browns. Was satisfactory and met the need. Coffee was good.

I like the staff. Very nice.
We stayed from Friday to Monday and we never got clean towels, trash emptied, bathroom cleaned. The handle bar in the shower was broke. If you touched it, it fell off. You could feel the springs in one of the mattresses. The ottoman was peeling and the door handle itself was broken that it took you a few times to open the door

The breakfast and being clean.
The toilet was 12" tall no hand rail. Both my husband and I are handicapped. My husband is on a walker. I literally had to help him stand each time he went to the bathroom. I told the motel when I checked in he was handicapped. When I made the reservation, extra message was sent that we were handicapped. I was told we would be accommodated. I asked the front desk if they had any taller toilets with handrails he said no. This is a violation of the Disabilities Act. Then we went to eat and the tables where you sit was 3 steps down in a whole. Can't get a walker down there either. Had to carry his food to him. Making him feel more isolated I'm not happy with this Motel. I chose it because of price and the closeness of my Aunt whom is now in Hospice Care. Very stressful weekend.

Location. Close to highway and restaurants.
Room smelled of smoke. Sheets were stained with ink. Breakfast was frugal. No peanut butter. Only grape jelly(6). Safety chain was missing. Only one regular coffees pod. Others were decaf.
No lids in room to take coffee with you. Bathroom ties were grungy. I do not see how this hotel has such a high rating. I think there are a lot of
fake reviews.

Absolutely NOTHING.
EVERYTHING. We came here for an overnight date night. Let me first state- I have stayed in some amazingly bad places and took my loss on the chin. This "hotel" left me so angry that I felt COMPELLED to say something about it. Every single positive review is a LIE. This is a hotel that is literally a halfway house. It smelled of BUTT-USSY, Marlboro, and a lifetime of regret. There were two people who were definitely meth-heads in the lobby. The entire second floor is dedicated to being a no-kidding halfway house. When I tell you to "Google it", you absolutely should and then, call your Congressman and demand they send A-10s on airstrikes to this place. Why? Because it must be a terrorist plot to entice people to stay there. Then again, I've been to a few Bedouin tents that smelled better and felt more clean than this bed-bug fiasco. The key fob at my door didn't work and the entire door smelled of recently dried organic material. There's a pet policy - I HATE my wife's dog and I wouldn't allow her to stay here. Oh and the pool that they advertise? It was GREEN..We left. I lost a few bucks but I will NEVER EVER stay here. I feel like I broke several federal laws by giving my money to someone's unbelievably disgusting money laundering scheme. It should NEVER be called "The Hotel" - call it "The Trap House". That's more fitting.
