Our stay was very good and we look forward to using this hotel again.

Breakfast is always exceptional and the employee who manages the breakfast is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right with us!

The only thing I could mention was the temperature of the water in the shower was a bit too cold, could have been a little hotter.

The breakfast was great.

We stayed in room 107 and was very musty/mold smelling. The fee for parking is crazy, you are not in a city setting. Never been charged for parking at a hotel setting like this one.

We need a price adjustment for the many problems from our stay. We think $80 to $100 would be fair!

Atmosphere was very nice, but that's about it.

Toilet kept flushing repeatedly, causing a change of rooms. Refrigerator in new room didn't work. Sink water was "split" into 2 streams. Pool water was cold! Plugs on lamps at bedside didn't work.

A nice place to stay with easy access to the major highways. We’d stay there again.

It was conveniently located and very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly.

The closet was rather small which could have been a problem if we’d been staying longer or had winter coats. Be aware that they charge a small parking fee, even though it’s in a suburban area with plenty of space.

Booking.com has lost a customer for good.

I received a broken promise from Booking.com. The booking.com reservation I received stated the cost would be x number of dollars but we had to pay the Fairfield Inn more due to Booking.com.

The hotel was fine. If booking.com had done its work prior to their broken dollar commitment to me I would be satisfied. I must have spoken to 6 or more of their customer service reps to no avail.

We had an overall great experience, our room was clean, and the employees did a great job too!

I loved my stay here, it was an excellent experience!. The employees were so courteous, helpful, and just genuinely nice, the service was top notch! The room was clean and perfect for the price!

The only negative or unfavorable critique I have is that there was not much variation in the breakfast selections. We had the same breakfast all 4 days because there was nothing else.However, the breakfast was good for the price.

When we reached after 10 hours of drive got surprise room was not available & it was 100% full & it was raining cold & windy ,they did arrange a place other hotel nearby for us later Lady was very nice at the reception told me because of the inconvenience our stay will be free Still waiting for the refund what i have paid for Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dayton South?

Not the best Fairfield Inn

Secure environment

Paid in full on booking including a booking.com voucher not recognized by the hotel Room billed a second time otherwise no key delivery (I never paid at Mariott at check-in but always at check-out!!!) You will have to wait for the bank statement as proof of payment to be reimbursed from booking.com. Not a great breakfast selection (ie: no wafle) Swimming pool aera is not really pleasant, next door from lobby and broken access door.
