Apartment well equipped bright and very close to the beautiful Sagrada Familia. It has elevator, ADSL internet connection and air-conditioning.
This charming holiday apartment in Barcelona has a double room with a double bed and a balcony is a very bright room, another room with a double bed, and another room with a single bed, all very quiet perfect for a good rest, a living room and dining room fully equipped light for 5 people, a shower room and a room with wc, a kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, washing machine, coffee maker and refrigerator - freezer.
The apartment has a TV. The total area is 60m2, suitable for up to 5 people. This three bedroom apartment is on the third floor of an elevator building.
This is one of our apartments in Barcelona located in the Eixample district, next to the Holy Family. The neighborhood is very popular and is well connected. A few meters away is the Avenida Gaudí, pedestrian promenade lined with shops, restaurants and cafés and linking the modernist Hospital San Pau with the Holy Family.

We have stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the apartment for the real feel of being a resident of Barcelona. Even being so quiet at night, the place still allows you to hear sounds of local simple life from a balcony. Everything was within reach on Metro or by walking. We bought our food from a supermarket a block away. The only problem with this 3 bedroom apartment was size of some rooms. Our two boys had each their own rooms, but so tiny in size, that one of them had to sleep on a sofa in the great room. Our bedroom was nice and had a balcony.
The toilet was very small, kitchen was small and connected with a shower via sliding door. Whole place needed some paint job and better decor to make it superb. Beware of rules of the elevator and close all three doors when you get out or otherwise you will be confronted by an upset neighbor. Like I sad, you will be a real resident here, not some hotel guest. Special thanks goes to the host Mark for waiting for us when we arrived past midnight due to our flight delay. Overall it was a pleasant experience we will never forget.

The flat ist exactly as described. It is realy in the central Position, with the Metro you can easiely go were ever you want in a short time. The flat and the whole house is clean. It is all inside the flat waht is necessary for a City trip.
Mar Aguilera is a very helpful Person. A lot of questions were answered directly with email, whats up or SMS.

We loved the location of this apartment. It is an older neighbourhood, quiet, with plenty of restaurants and steps from Sagrada Familia with a small grocery store just outside. We are glad we stayed here and took the bus to the beach (and walked).

"I was there with my family, and everythig was great. The best thing was the location, really near from Sagrada Familia, I was excited!
The flat was what we expected to be, comfortable, clean and calm. And the treatment with the owner was nice and correct. So I really recomend this place.
