ALL-EXTERIOR unit located on the top floor of a corner building. Just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, in an authentic and well-connected neighborhood that retains the essence of a typical Catalan neighborhood.

We’ve renovated the bathroom, kitchen, mattresses, and all the bedding—the towels are brand new!! We’re kicking off 2026 with a brand-new apartment and special introductory offers!!
It’s a practical and modern apartment, ideal for a few days’ vacation in the city with family or friends. It’s on the fourth floor with an elevator and gets plenty of sunlight since it’s the top floor of the building. It has three balconies with city views, and you can see the main tower of the Sagrada Familia. Since it’s a corner building, natural light floods the entire apartment—it’s very bright and quiet.
The location is unbeatable!! Just a 3-minute walk from the magnificent Sagrada Familia Basilica. It’s a quiet neighborhood that retains the essence of a traditional Catalan neighborhood. Very close by is the Sagrada Familia Market and numerous restaurants and bars with very pleasant outdoor seating. The metro is just a few meters from the apartment, making it very convenient to get around; all the city’s tourist attractions are very close by—you can walk there, take the metro, or catch one of several buses that stop right near the apartment.
It features 2 bright bedrooms with an outdoor balcony:
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds: 90 cm x 190 cm, suitable for 2 adults or 2 children. We provide a baby crib
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed: 160 cm x 190 cm (QUEEN SIZE)
All bedding is new, made of 100% cotton, and includes anti-dust mite comforters.
There is gas heating throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is very spacious, bright, and modern, with everything you need for cooking. It is fully equipped with tableware for 4 people. It has frying pans, saucepans, pots, etc.—everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has a gas stove. There is a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
There is a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Fresh towels for all guests, and a hair dryer. We provide high-quality shower gel and shampoo.
It has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A portable clothesline for drying your clothes on the balcony, if needed.
The dining room is spacious with a table for 4 people. The TV supports streaming services: YouTube, Netflix, etc.
High-speed Wi-Fi.
Air conditioning and heating.
CHECK-IN: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (please ask in advance if it’s possible to check in before 3:00 PM)
There is a late check-in fee of 25€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. For check-ins after 10:30 p.m.: €35
