Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the layout includes two spacious bedrooms, each featuring two single beds and a charming French balcony. The living room is a highlight of the home—an inviting space to relax with a Smart TV and direct access to a private balcony. The contemporary, fully equipped American-style kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and separate washer and dryer units for your convenience. The apartment is also fitted with central air conditioning and heating to ensure a perfect stay in any season

Parties are strictly not allowed. It is very important to respect the noise level (people and music) during the whole stay. The apartment is located on a second floor, with no lift.

The flat was clean, light and well decorated with lots of wardrobe space. On the second floor, the staircase is narrow, and there is no lift, so getting heavy luggage up to the flat was awkward. There is a school behind the property, which the bedrooms overlook. This was noisy from around 8am every morning. Carlos was a very helpful host. Luckily my daughter speaks good Spanish and so they were able to communicate well to resolve any issues we had.
