Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clear Spring by IHG

Location was perfect for our trip. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and nicely furnished. Bed was a dream. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Breakfeat was very good. Overall excellent value for the money.

Room walls in need of minor repair. Upper corner of room next to window on RH side drywall cracked and paint peeling. Trim frame on LF side of window that holds blind apparatus installed. Crooked. Toilet would not stop filling. Flapper apparently needs replaced. Toilelt fills and stops then a few minutes later repeats.

This property is in a quiet location and is perfect for a travel stop hotel. All room facilities worked as expected and the breakfast was better than most hotels with similar setups.

The bathroom didn't offer a rack or hook to reach a bath towel after a shower.

Their beds are the most comfortable

There were nice modern touches in the room, like the blind, chair, and lamp. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety.

The hallway needs remodeling. The pillows were too hard. Our room looked like it was in the process of being remodeled, and then they stopped. The bathroom really needed work. The tub wasn't nice. The sink drain didn't work, and the water pressure in the toilet was not good. The counter was very nice and big, but the soap dispenser was too far away from the sink. A bar of soap would have been nice. I was very upset that there wasn't a coffeemaker in the room. A sign stated, "Sip sustainably." A white light on the ceiling flashed all night long.
